COMMISSIONS
Commissions are available on the land cost of most itineraries. This includes air transfers, but not Air Niugini, Airlink, Airlines PNG or other RPT operators. For information on comissions please email the Trans Niugini Tours sales department service@pngtours.com
TRAVELLER'S INFORMATION
It is extremely important that clients receive appropriate information prior to arrival to Papua New Guinea. We provide a comprehensive "traveller's information" for agents, wholesalers and clients to download. It is available in both Microsoft Word format and Portable Document Format (PDF). Agents and wholesalers are welcome to copy and add their own logo and company information to these files on the following conditions:
The content of the text remains in-tact and unaltered
The clients that the information is given to are using Trans Niugini Tours services
If these conditions are not accepted, Trans Niugini Tours will excercise its copyright, and will not allow any part of the document to be reproduced.
It is difficult to stress how important it is to get this information to clients well before departure, as it contains information about visa requirements, currency, baggage limitations and a whole host of other important information.

HIGH RESOLUTION PHOTOS
A small selection of high resolution (2MB and upwards) photographs of Trans Niugini Tours facilities and Papua New Guinea are available for download. Should you like a wider selection to choose from and you wish to brochure Trans Niugini Tours facilities and services, we are happy to supply you with a CD full of brochure quality images to choose from - on the condition that Trans Niugini Tours is forwarded a copy of the brochure for our records.
FAM TRIPS
Trans Niugini Tours is happy to offer Fam Trips for organisations who promote or would like to promote Trans Niugini Tours services and facilities. Following are the conditions for Fam Trips by agents and wholesalers:
Fam trips are NOT available in August, and are only on a "space available" basis
Fam trips may be granted a discount (pending approval from Trans Niugini Tours Management) - which also applies for one travelling companion. Air, including air transfers, are not subject to discount and must be paid in full that which is not commissionable.
In order to qualify for a Fam Trip, we require accreditation information, such as IATA listing, Travel Agent Registration Numer or equivalent, and the full name and address of the organisation.
This discount is available on a one-off basis - for subsequent visits, please see industry discounts below.

INDUSTRY DISCOUNT
If you do not qualify for a fam trip and are involved in the tourism industry, or have previously been on a fam trip and would like to visit Papua New Guinea again, Trans Niugini Tours will give industry discounts. Some sort of proof of employment in the industry is required. Trans Niugini Tours reserves the right to decide on what level of involvement or what proof is required to qualify for an industry discount.
